Returns

At Shine Labs, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The product must not be heavily used or damaged after delivery
  • Proof of purchase/order number is required
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for products that have been excessively used or tampered with.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong product
  • Missing items in your order
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
